I feel you on the crunchy stuff. I have held off on my ring resizing forever, but bit the bullet and took it in on Saturday. Glad all went well at the doctor. I have an appointment next week. But I don't think he is doing labs again. I am going to ask for them anyway.

Good Morning everyone im in internet hell!!! we have no wifi where i live and we had to change cell phone carriers cuz they said we used too much and this one doesnt work very well it**** and miss.

I am on day 5 of no internet, TV, or phone. I hate using my phone to post, but I need to feel connected again. My simple Internet speed upgrade has turned into a nightmare. They even came out and had it working yesterday afternoon (husband left work to meet them), but by the time I got home it was no longer working. I even tried using my phone for a hotspot , but that was torturously slow so I just read my kindle. Here is hoping for success today.m
Anyway, menu is up in the air as I am meeting a friend for dinner. I think I will have chicken fajita meat and maybe one tortilla. I miss tortillaa even more than bread. So weird. Or maybe fish I'd they have a good fish dish. Sadly, I will pass on the margarita. B premier protein, L probably shrimp, D maybe chicken, S cheese or yogurt. Depends what I have in my other office fridge today.
QOTD Beach beach beach. I have learned that when I travel, there are trips and vacations. Vacations involve a beach. I live about 45 minutes away from the beach, mountains, desert, and the city. The perfect location, but I would love to live at the beach. Have a good day.

QOTD- I'm a beach girl ALL the way - if money were no object, I'd live in a Caribbean city close to the beach. I loved St. Thomas and Belize City... I know the crime rate is high in Belize City but I'm sure I left a little bit of my heart there. Sadly my fam does not see things this way. I think I could get DH to do Florida when we are older though - right now my strange family actually likes winter??? I don't know where I went wrong. lol We have some nice beaches - but lake beaches do not compare to ocean beaches.
Today it was a protein shake for breakfast, and leftover homemade chicken tortilla soup for lunch. I've been loving my crock pot these days. A little cool and gloomy here today also.
Not sure what supper is - we have bible study at our house tonight so it will be a busy one.

Oh how things can change in such a short time. As I finished typing my first post, my hubby came in and told me he got a call and had to drive to Cleveland. He'll likely have to stay the night there, so while he was packing up I went up and got my kiddo out of bed. I'm now showered, and just finished breakfast at 10:45, so my food is all weird today.
That being said, I was able to sit down while my kiddo was eating breakfast and make a plan for my food today. I still plan on taking my kiddo to do something fun, but it will likely be a walk to the library, since we have some DVD's that need to be back on Friday. I didn't realize they were due in 1 week instead of 3 like the books.
so here is my plan for the day:
B: 1 egg, 1 slice of fried bologna (yummy) a slice of velveeta all on top of 1 slice of 35 calorie toast. It looked so yummy I took a picture!
L: 3oz deli chicken with sliced mozzarella, mayo, and tomatoes (from my garden) on 35 calorie bread
D: Meatloaf made with beef and turkey topped with reduced sugar ketchup (I built the recipe in MFP) and fresh steamed green beans
S: Light and fit greek. Since I ate breakfast late, I'll likely not have to snac****il this evening, so I'll have a yogurt if I'm feeling the need.

Cloudy and 63F/17C here. Fall has arrived! I am frozen at work too. I actually have a thick grey sweater on over my blouse as its just damp & cold indoors somehow! Never lay off the coffee AV that's just blasphemous! LOL
QOTD: That is really a tough one...I love the idea of them all but I think Beach, but like a Southern Italian beach, make it exotic!

B: 1/2 sesame bagel with one egg, one slice of swiss cheese
L: 3.5 oz of leftover tandoori grilled chicken with hot sauce
S: two babybel cheese & 6 green grapes
D: 4 oz of bbq grilled chicken with A1 sauce
S: 2oz of cheddar cheese curds
TOTALS: 975 calories, 105 protein, 30 carbs, 47 fat (16 carbs in 6 grapes WTH!!!, After I finish the grapes in the fridge they are gone from my menu)
PatchMD vitamin patches are on, liquid is good so far, going to the gym tonight for a run and take the dogs out later in the evening
3 sleeps until I see JB, Grim & Cynthia (NYMom222) again, meet Maryann (mschwab) in person and our own very ANGRY VIKING is meeting us for dinner! I AM SO DAMN EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are allowed to be jealous, it is pretty epic my friends!
