What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Goldfish are absolutely delicious and crafted by minions of evil in the fires of Hades. Just sayin'

"I am basically food's creepy ex-girlfriend. I know we can't be together anymore but I just want to spend time hanging out" ~me, about why I love cooking so much post WLS
I found honey mustard/pretzel mix-up Goldfish at Wegmans on Monday. I opened the bag yesterday morning, actually portioned out a serving per the package for my kid's lunch and by the time I got home at 9:30 last night he and my husband had finished the whole bag. I wanted to be mad, but I was just relieved they were gone because I had been thinking about them all day. LOL

I bought my kids a huge box of individually packaged, variety flavored, goldfish from SAMS the other day. I handed the huge box to my daughter and told her to put them in the trunk of her car... she hands them out to her brother every morning, and I never have to see them! Win Win!
But my downfall is Cheetos... and when I buy those variety packs of chips, my kids don't eat the Cheetos! I haven't eaten them post-op, but I did bag up a ton of those little bags the other day and sent them to school with my son... I figured he can trade them for other food, or just be the popular one in his crowd and pass them out! Cheetos are scary.
And please don't tell me to try Mr. Cheese-O's, or whatever they are called... I have 4 opened packages lying around at home and at work... they just don't do it for me... I am weird like that.
In other news, I have another ring sitting on top of my wedding ring on my left hand to hold my wedding ring on. My right hand is apparently smaller than my left, so I can't switch hands. I know I still have another 50lbs or so to lose, so I'm like you... I don't want to resize twice! These are good problems we are having!

I have to agree about the goldfish. My list is Triscuits, Pretzels and Goldfish. Not allowed in my house, though I bought a bag of pretzels for my kiddo on Sunday, I think I ate most of the bag myself. It's so difficult to keep them out of the house when the toddler really wants crackers and stuff. I'm looking for alternatives for him, and found he really loves turkey summer sausage slices. Problem is that I can't stand it. I bought it for myself as a protein forward snack and it grossed me out.
I love them all. I make my sons lunch and it can be a challenge to not grab a handful.
I buy the individual small bags of chips for my oldest, who's a junior in high school this year. For some reason, I don't have a problem ignoring potato chips (and doritos, fritos, etc.) I've done that for my youngest as well, thinking that if I buy the individual bags for him it may go better. I think the problem with that is that he doesn't eat even a small bag in one sitting, so I'll open a bag for him and he'll eat a few, then the rest of them are just sitting there calling my name. Damn you food addiction!
I know , right? I need to stop talking about it as I am getting hungry. I leave my wallet in the car at work so I am not able to go to the vending machine if I get the urge. One snack I will portion out is a few pork rinds and a couple of tablespoons of spinach and artichoke dip, I save that for the weekends.
