What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! It's a cool fall day in Wisco. I'm wearing a cute short burgundy dress, black leggings and my new wedge knee high boots. Oh and a statement necklace. I look pretty killa! My body is recovering nicely from my weekend attempt at Ironman. I haven't been all that sore and I've been taking in fluids like a camel. Oh, and I signed up for another one! My husband and I decided I should take another shot at it while I am still trained up and ready to go. So on October 9, 2016 (yes, a month from now) I will be FINISHING Ironman Louisville!! Anyone nearby?
QOTD: I want a beach estate in Jamaica! If I want to go hiking in the mountains I can go but likely I'll just lay on the beach all day. I love the big city but I can take trips back to the mainland for that cause money is no object, yo!

10+ years post op, living & loving life!
Morning everyone! Today is a bit nutty at work. We are short staffed so all my nurses and techs are cranky and have worked too many hours. Got to love being the counselor to a bunch of cranky over worked people! Whee!
Random things...
I am now wearing my wedding ring on my right hand because it keeps falling off of my left. I already had my rings sized a few months ago but I guess I am going to have to do it again. I find myself worrying that I will have re-gain and then need to size up. Maybe my rings can be my canary in the cage so to speak to let me know if I get off track?
Had my 11 month check up yesterday and all of my labs are awesome! My iron is holding at a nice mid range healthy. Everything else was on point. Weight was 138 even on his scale (which usually reads higher by a few pounds than my home scale). Doc is happy, I am happy.
Goldfish crackers were quickly becoming my new pretzels. I bucked up and sent the whole gallon size zip lock to school with my son today and told him not to bring any back home. I am committed now to just not buying any crunchy-salty stuff for the house. The family doesn't need it and I am apparently not good at keep myself from that temptation.
QOTD: City. Totally city. Can always vacation to other landscapes but the chance to have that vibrancy around me is something I would love. I'm a people person.
Menu:
B: Light & Fit Greek, L: Chobani Simply 100 "Crunch" Greek yogurt, D: Nope...not a clue. Going to the store after work so I will figure it out then. S: Cheese stick
Have a great day ya'll!

Get that ring re-sized already! Coming from a guy that lost his...boohoo.
Great job on check up!
Goldfish...ahh...I forgot to mention those yesterday. My son likes to take them for lunch, a handful here or a handful there while making his lunch was killing me as well. I was good last night and did not have a single goldfish!
