Hello from SE PA, it's ages - LOL. I feel like I'm emerging from a deep, dark storm or something it's been SO crazed around here. I'm still recovering from this weekend's fundraiser - which was both a complete pain in my ass AND a huge success (at least monetarily) bringing in more than $70,000 for our capital campaign. We had anticipated that $40k was the very top end we could make, so obviously we're thrilled with the bottom line.
QOTD: I don't know anything about cars and they can see me coming a mile away. I actually could change a tire if I had to, but that's why I pay AAA.

Some of you might know that I lost my Fitbit last week, much to my devastation. Any thoughts on One vs. Alta vs. Charge? I used to wear a Flex and often got annoyed about having it on my wrist, not liking it with more dressy outfits, etc, so I switched to the One. I do like that it was "secret" and I could basically wear it with anything hidden on my bra. BUT I like the added features that the Alta and Charge provide.....I'm full of indecision!

I'm leaning towards the Alta.
A friend mentioned about how the heart rate monitoring is "important" with the Charge, but I don't know that it is to me. What I do wish the Alta offer was flights climbed!
I think I've decided I'm going to go with a wrist band again, so now I'm trying to decide whether I'm willing to forgo the flights climbed feature to keep the band sleeker or if I really care enough to upgrade all the way to the Charge...
Decisions. Decisions.
I'm clearly projecting all the stress on ACTUALLY stressful things onto this single decision.

I just ordered the Alta! Plus a cute silver replacement band from Amazon.
fingers crossed.

I'm back to the land of the living. Gallbladder surgery went well yesterday and I was home about 9 pm last night.
No issues, had a failed IV the first time but no biggie. Also- my heart rate was really low ?? Like 38-42 low. They kept asking me if I was a runner and I was like, yes, I do run but I'm not super consistent on it the way I should be. It was odd.
QOTD: I do not know how to change oil, i do know how to check it. And IF I had to change a tire I could. But isn't that what roadside assistance is for? lol
Yesterday I was fasting till surgery but they rest of the day I ate:
1/2 mission 1
6 chick fila grilled nuggets
decaf/miralax/1/2 serving orgain packet (freebie)/CM milk
CM yogurt /reddi whip
totals were low but almost got all my protein in within a very short time.
Today I'm having
B: decaf/miralax (need things moving after surgery)/CM milk/1/4 scoop protein powder
protein pancakes!
L: either turkey taco thing or turkey burger
D: I thin if I feel like it mom and I will go out to dinner
totals: unknown but hopefully under 800
Glad your surgery went well! I ended up staying the night with my GB surgery... the gas pains were awful, and I guess I wouldn't wake up because of them!
Gotta love our Miralax!
