QOTD: I am kind of like you with highlights yes or no if it's really high again I could get a little nervous .
In DC, had planned a leisurely day, and was supposed to see the doctor really early tomorrow morning and then play beat the clock to get back to New York for business meeting. Literally just got a call from them and has an early case today which means he's going to take me at like 12:30 PM which means I didn't need to stay tonight so I paid for the hotel room non-refundable... Boo. Glad I can get out of here earlier tomorrow and won't have to worry about beating the clock but annoyed about paying for an extra night in a hotel...
I always say the scale is a fickle friend, yesterday was a major snack-a-thon with being on the road andin the hotel room and the scale was OK .. 167

there is a Vitamin Shoppe next door so am going to go buy some quest bars. I don't really care for them that much, but that's the method to the madness. If I don't really like them that much I won't just snack on them randomly and only eat them when I'm really hungry. I think Kat W said that one time and I'm thinking that's a good idea.
Dont know much else. Other protein brought will probably be saved for care ride home tomorrow.
they do sell popchips and skinny pop in lobby... So that may happen tonight :)

QOTD yes i have a fear of heights. If i get too close of the edge of something high, I get a dizzy feeling.

Happy Monday everyone! I'm so freakin tired we have a flea infestation terrible. My animals have always been on prevention stuff so wth! I get woke up at nite from my ankles being chomped on. I have birds so we can't use chemicals and I've never had this problem. Any ideas?
Qotd: I'm not afraid of nights too much but like walking on the esge of the roof to clean the gutters is a no or if there is Nothing to hold onto.

I've decided to stop beating myself up about not being thinner I've lost a lot and if this is the size I'm gonna be an 8 isn't the end of the world rite?

Calories 1119 carbs 100 (a bit super high but) 187 protein
Borax is great for killing ants (that's the only insect I've tried it with). I mix it with sugar water. But make sure you're extremely careful about not letting your dogs or cats (or other animals) in the area while you've got it out and make sure you clean it up really carefully, because it's toxic to them as well!!!
Healthy and active are my goals as it relates to weight, not a specific number on the scale. In your photos you look amazing. Size 8 looks wonderful on you!

I need to "change" my goal to reflect on Healthy and active and not worry so much about the scale. The scale makes me crazy!
