What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Gas -IBS- constipation...
when i get that - I increase Miralax for a day ort 2. .. and by the end of day 2 I could swear that i had one week worth of "leftovers" inside.. the weight loss of 2-3 lbs also indicates tha I was "full of it"
if itis not that- then .. twisted intestines - either due to hernia or adhesions...

Its a whole new world!

Morning folks! I'm home today- nursing my bum leg. Hubby even stayed with me- my gait is very unsteady when I walk- so he didn't want me by myself. I'm going to the doctor this afternoon- while it feels a twinge better- I'm anxious to know how long before I can resume my regular exercise. I have visions of my weight ballooning without my routine and need a medical professiinal to reassure me a few days down won't undo the past 16 months of work. I already decided I'm still going to the gym tomorrow- even if it's just to do upper body strength. I hope I'm ok to run again by Saturday.
Qotd: I'm ok with heights- when I have to-- but my adventure choices would be land based. I could climb atop that tower thing AV, but only if I were allowed to sit smack dab in the center when I got up there. I'm definetley not a peek over the edge type.

m1: 3 turkey sausage
m2: yogurt maybe-- being home its hard not to graze
m3: tuna sliced tomato
m4: roast beef (never made it yesterday- our oven isn't working apparently- will put in the crock pot today)

I have always wanted to sky dive too. Then I had kids and thought I should wait until they were raised. Then I was too fat. So, now I am not and it is on my list. My daughter did it a year ago, and said it was the best thing ever. She can't wait to do it again. Let us know when you go. So happy you can do it now!
