Hi Karen, thanks for starting! I just sat down to a hotel-breakfast. I chose a western omelette and yogurt. I stole a banana for later today! Yesterday we had a trip to the M&Ms store (it's three stories!) so we had a few, but generally it was an okay eating day for being on the road.
Yesterday was fun! We walked around Times Sq and then went to see Cats on Broadway. Today is just walking walking walking! Lots to see and do!
QOTD: Apple picking and warm apple cider donoughts (sorry, truth).
Have a great day, everyone!

Morning!! I'm jealous of your long adventure Karen! Have a good time!
I went for my run this morning but took a fall- damn uneven sidewalks. I usually run in the street but this area had no shoulder/bike lane. My thigh is sore and I have 'road rash' in my leg and arm. Hubby had to pick me up since I was too far from home to walk with my thigh feeling the way it did. I got ~2.5 of my 4 miles in so it wasn't a total waste. I'm gonna rest my leg for the rest of the day.
QOTD:favorite part of fall- (that's not food related...) the leaves changing- it looks so picturesque, and I love the sound of leaves crunching under my feet when I walk.
