hey- I'm on countdown. getting stuff ready.
I was up to my gills of apples and got them all pureed/cooked and ready to use. threw them in the freezer for later making of 'stuff'
made amish apple bread, amish apple peanut butter bread, made oatmeal apple dog treats, and a chocolate peanut butter bread for DH... I DO NOT want to see apples for a LONG time!
OH! i made protein pancakes today! They had a scoop of whey protein powder in cinnamon bun, cottage cheese, egg whites, vanilla, baking soda and a tiny amount of gluten free flour. ate with sugar free walden farms zero calorie syrup. they ended up less than 40 cal per pancake. I may have eaten 4 today. Still less than 160 cal- over two meals also. I can't believe how yummy they were.
