They are in their pajamas because this was taken when were still in summer mode, and it was a "Oh crap, it's time for your brother's piano lesson, get in the van" moment. you can just see the ear of my youngest boy, lol. My oldest boy was probably in his lesson.

Morning Friends. I'm feeling pretty good today, mostly because shark week finally arrived. I am only a day late, but this one seemed like the pms was like a week and a half long and I was just like hurry up and get here so I can get it over with. That said, my weight today was 164 on the nose, so that's good.
One thing I'm realizing is that I am getting dehydrated, severely. Know what I had to drink yesterday? 4 coffee mugs of coffee throughout the day and 2 glasses of wine last night. honestly, it's not enough, and my body is feeling it.
I watched an episode of My 600 Pound Life last night and it really hit home. Teretha lost 400+ pounds in a year. Mind you, that she was around 800lbs when she got to Dr. Now, and she spent much of that time in the hospital, but it really inspired me to stop mucking around and whining about being stuck at the same weight for 3 months because I can't control my eating. With the way I've been eating lately, I'm lucky I've been able to maintain within 5lbs of my lowest weight. So, today, I'm recommitting to stop being a whiney ***** and just do what I'm supposed to.
I've also started journaling. I have my cute notebook and a pen sitting here. I'm journaling how I'm feeling, how I'm eating, when my hubby ****** me off. I'm also logging my weight that day and if I actually drank wine that night. I'm starting to watch myself with the wine a little more closely and plan on scaling that way back as well.
So, change of subject. I am trying to get my kid back into his own bed. So last night I had my hubby move my rocking chair into Kal's bedroom. I went up and sat in the rocker in his room with him until he fell asleep. He woke up at 1:30 and Dan brought him into our bed. I spent the second half of the night clinging to the edge of the bed with a 2 years olds head jammed into my back. That kid sleeps sideways and it's frustrating. So tonight the plan is to go into his room when he wakes up and stay with him until he's able to go back to bed in his room.
Here is my photo, Kal at my mom's house when we went to visit on Wednesday:
13 months since surgery
B: 2 egg omelet with salsa and mozzarella cheese. Coffee with sugar free coffeemate
L: tuna and a mac and cheese cup
D: baked cod and green beans
S: light and fit greek and a quest protein shake.
totals
calories 1010 protein 123 carbs 54 fat 33
I'm going to do my very best to stick to this plan today. I think as long as I keep busy through the morning I should be fine.
Funny, it's 9:24am and my kid is still sleeping. I'm on my way to wake him up right now. Have a great day, everyone!
Deanna, I care about you. And I worry that you are going down the wine rabbit hole. I've seen it too many times, and it almost always gets ugly. I know you've been having a rough time, but the wine really isn't going to help. Think about your little fella.
