Hi Everyone! Happy Friday!
QOTD: No particular plans for this weekend. We are planning to drive to Omaha and surrounding towns on Monday to go car shopping for my daughter so this weekend we will be planning where we want to go and which cars she wants to test drive. She has it narrowed down to a Honda CRV or a Nissan Rogue as the kind she wants.
No photo of me that you haven't already seen, sorry.
I stuck to my menu pretty well yesterday and still NO protein bars! I am learning I can live without them! Today's menu is:
Breakfast: 1 egg, scrambled with cheese
Lunch: egg salad made w/ light mayo, pickles, cheese
Dinner: hamburger patty
Snack: Moon cheese
Snack: Oiko's Zero greek yogurt
Snack: Watermelon
Snack: Sugar-free pudding w/ cool whip
(I usually only eat 2 of the 4 snacks I list, but I list 4 so I have choices).
Have a fantastic day and weekend everyone!
~ Karen
I have a Nissan Rogue... I LOVE it!

Good morning friends! It's FRIDAYYYYYYY. This has been the longest short week EVA. Anyway, tonight my kids' school has a fundraiser which is a color walk that we are going to attend. J is off work tonight (YAY) so tomorrow we are probably either A) going to a huge outdoor flea market, or B) if it rains--just getting groceries and having a lazy movie day. Also I have to clean sometime because I fired my cleaning lady yesterday.....I was spending $200/month and not feeling like she did that good of a job. For those of you on the coasts that may seem pretty cheap, but in the good ole mid-west $100 a pop for cleaning is considered a average amount. My, I'm wordy today--Sunday is church and then a picnic after church at a local state park for the congregation, it should be fun. So a fun weekend I hope!
B- 2 oz turkey deli meat w/mustard and irish tea w/SF creamer
L- unsure, didn't pack will have to scrounge at nasty cafeteria or go out
D- chick fila sandwich without bun (they are serving them at color walk)
S- greek yogurt
Totals- not sure, but keeping it under 800 cals
The 190's will just not go away this week. I do feel like I'm being more active and most days keep cals under 800. I may need to increase my protein?
Pic below is from last weekend with my sweetie.
