What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Apparently I have to watch that video. Never did it yesterday because ummm work. I can relate to not working well with my husband. We love each other lots, but I tend to hate him when we try to work on that sort of stuff together. Because my way is right and his isn't. He is always trying to get me to go work in the yard with him. Yeah, NO.
I am going to a random Shakespeare play (The Comedy of Errors) tonight with a friend in a very small local venue. 56 people sitting at round tables with the actors moving amongst us. It was recommended by another friend who has seen it, so here's hoping to an entertaining evening. When I recently called AT & T to complain about my high internet, TV, phone bill, they gave me a promo package and offered to increase my internet speed at no charge. It just requires that they come and swap out equipment, so I get to hang at home tomorrow morning awaiting their arrival. I can't trust that stuff to hubby because inevitably he changes the plan entirely and what I had intended to happen, doesn't. I always go to the chiropractor on the weekend, so I will fit that in, but other than that, no big plans. Oh, I do have to go shopping for some khaki type pants and shoes for my trip to South Africa in a few weeks. I can't believe it is almost here. Unlike Kristen, I do not own any khaki at all and they highly recommend it for the wildlife sighting stuff so we don't scare off the animals. Maybe I will get to putter about and try to get some things together to get rid of ****ep trying to minimize things in the house, a never ending process).
B: Premier Protein
L: Probably Shrimp
D: Up in the air, not sure where we are going. My friend was going to handle that and of course, she suggested Old Spaghetti Factory. I told her no way. I would not be able to stop myself from pasta there, but I found another Italian place that had fish, so she will let me know. I think they serve cake at the play as part of the deal. I will have 2 bites. Someone from my doctor's office told me that the first bite is pure pleasure, the second bite is delicious, and the rest is just eating cake. So, I am going to go for the first two bites.
S: Not sure, I ate my yogurt at work yesterday, so I think I am stuck with laughing cow cheese and crackers, but I think I only have 4 crackers left here so that is good portion control.
Kristen had mentioned red pants one day and I said I was considering buying some and that I was going to do it. Here is a selfie from the day I wore them. They are a bit off red, but still, I normally ALWAYS wear black pants to work. I am terrible at selfies (as my kids always tell me), but you get the idea. This was definitely out of the box for me. I am trying to get out of the box and try new things. I am wearing another colored pair today too, they are a bit more cranberry/burgundy than these. I also never wear dresses, but this is a new one I bought this weekend and wore out to the wineries in Temecula.
Have an awesome weekend everyone.

I love both outfits! You look terrific! And just so you know, I'm not wearing any khaki or black today. Well, my sandals are black, but I have on white skinny capris and a navy peasant blouse. So, nyah. LOL
I'm Kristen MacKrell Brennan on FB. Hit me up!
Love the outfits and love the peep toe booties... Fab. :)
