Good morning AV and menu crew! My shoulder has been bothering me for a while. It is starting to impact my sleep , my wife convinced me to take a muscle relaxer last night prior to bed and I slept like a baby and am not sire today. Yay!
QOTD - I had a vanity plate when I was a Teen, I had "GOHABS27", I like the Montreal Canadians, a nickname of Montreal is Les habitants or habs and my favorite player at the time wore #27. I would not have one now...LOL

B - The New Quest bar - Blueberry Muffin Flavor..it was real good, so good that I will not buy more of them.
S - Caramel applie pie greek yogurt
L - Chili
S - Peanuts and cheese stick
D - Shrimp Scampi over zoodles.
Exercise - it is hockey night tonight.

QOTD: That's a great plate! I enjoy trying to figure them out but would never the extra $ to have one. I can't think of any I have seen to answer at the moment.

Steel Cut Oats?? I would say Major Winning!
I did a cooking marathon last night, because I had too much food in the fridge that I had been being lazy about cooking... but then that means a cleaning marathon because those dishes don't clean themselves.... Afterwards my legs were swollen even though I had my compression garment on...booo.... I didn't feel like I had a bad day food-wise yesterday but I am up this AM like 2 lbs... so I am going with water retention or something....168. Not a number I like, so drinking lots of water today....
1:Coffee latte with miralax, fairlife milk
2: eggs cheese bacon
3: salad, chicken
4: protein drink made with kefir for probiotics
5: Meatloaf, sauteed spinach
6: greek yogurt
Ex: 21-day-fix upper arms- about to happen

You are all a chatty bunch and I just can't seem to keep up. Looks like a quick drive by and maybe get to read the rest later. I have been swamped this week, it's all or nothing around here somedays. Getting towards our busy season though, so I will be hit miss for the next 6 months or so.
QOTD: No vanity plate, not that I don't like them, just not sure what I would put on one. I do like reading them and trying to figure out. A friend of mine used to have JX BTL which is Jack's Beatle. Not sure if they still have that though.

PS the pumpkin spice guinea pigs are a big hit in my house too.
