Pre surgery, when I was doing low carb, I would put the spaghetti sauce over a chicken breast, or I'd buy those shiritaki noodles and use those...
I haven't made spaghetti yet since I've had my surgery... I'm betting now all I need is the sauce!

LOL...the South Carolina plate ( FKS 247 ) isn't even a vanity tag. We had "FKP FKR FKS FKM FKN" plates issued in 2009 when the state switched designs and the order of the characters used. ( used to be numbers, then letters). I juuuuust missed the funny plates being issued. I was so mad. I wanted a FKM plate SOOOO badly!
We saw one that was "FML 729" ( Gabby's bday is 7/29 ) She said "I need that plate!"
We've got a new design again...and I saw a plate that started "MFR". I'm not even kidding. I died.

Woke up hungry at 1:30 am, finally gave up on sleep at 3:45 am and had B1. Totals for today will be a little higher than my usual weekday totals, but it will be a very long day.

QOTD--Vanity plates, I used to love them when I was a kid. I still enjoy trying to figure out the creative ones. My husband, on the other hand, can't stand them and has forbade us from getting one. Stick in the mud!

QOTD: I don't have a vanity license plate, but I did buy my daughter one for Christmas last year. She chose CHIKADEE (Chickadee was my childhood nickname for her). I think it's cute and adorable!
I stayed with my menu yesterday and still NO protein bars! Today's menu is:
Breakfast: 1 egg, scrambled, 3 slices bacon
Lunch: hamburger patty w/ 1 slice swiss cheese
Dinner: chicken, cranberry bleu cheese salad
Snack: Moon cheese
Snack: Oiko's zero greek yogurt
Snack: Watermelon
Snack: Sugar-free pudding w/ cool whip
(I don't usually eat all the snacks I list, but I list four so I have choices).
Exercise: Walking the dogs.
