Good Morning!
QOTD: wedding ring, apple watch, a sliver Alex & Ani bracelet my aunt bought all her nieces so that we would always remember that we are all connected no matter where we are, and two Pandora bracelets containing one bead for every 5 pounds I've lost since I started this quest to lose the regain and go beyond -- 24 beads so far. I had to start a new bracelet after the first 100 pounds because I ran out of room (I also got to treat myself to a new bracelet because the original one was too big!).
Speaking of Apple, they are announcing new products today. This is like Christmas for me. I'm very excited.

I OFFICIALLY HIT GOAL THIS MORNING!!! I'm going to bask in it for a couple of days before I revise it downward (I'm thinking 150 or 155 - whatever I can reasonably get to without taking drastic measures...)
I was up and out the door early to make a 7:00 am yoga class. YAY!
QOTD: no jewelry. I rarely wear it (not even wedding rings - we never bought any), but when I do, it's hoop earrings
15 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with added protein powder, 5 strawberries, a few aronia berries
S: coffee with half & half, protein shake
L: 1 cup cottage cheese
D: chicken/peach/pecan salad
probably another Greek yogurt somewhere in there.....
Bask in the joy for now and sort of stabilize for a while. I have taken a similar approach. I want to lose more too, but feel like I would be happy staying here if that is what works for me. So, I am just staying on track, working out and seeing what happens.
