What is the bowel prep??  I had 2 weeks of liquids and no bowel prep. (Thank goodness?)

I've done 10 days of premier protein (and lost 17 lbs!).  The only bowl prep I have to do is ducalax.  I'd actually forgotten about that until someone from my doctor's office called.  I ran out during work to pick some up.  So i'm not exactly following the doctor's advice on that, but I'm close.

Hmm, no one mentioned that.  

Not everyone has to do it.  My Doctor said not required.

Nobody mentioned it at pre-admission or at my clinic, so I won't worry about it.  :-)

Yikes!!! I cannot believe it is almost here.  I am having a terrible time this week - had to stop taking my NSAID for arthritis and I can almost not even walk.  May have to call in sick the next two days.  I keep reminding myself that this is why I am having WLS.  I am so very GRATEFUL for this group of people who are in the same boat with me... I don't feel so alone.  Thank you, PatR, for posting this thread.

It really is great to have all of you to share this experience with.  And yes, thank you Pat for keeping us all together and organized.  Yay September 2016
