I love the 34 Degree crackers.  9 crackers for 50 calories and I think it's 11 carbs.  Noms.

You know,  it's funny,  i have 34 degree crackers in the cupboard,  but i have no desire to eat them.  I've tried them with tuna,  chicken salad and cheeses, and they are meh to me.  In theory i should be all over them, but they have never called .

I just got the plain,  i wonder of the flavored would be better for me?

Panera makes a whole wheat bread that is available in grocery stores.   16 grams of carbs for 1 slice.  It doesn't take yucky either like some whole wheat.

I don't buy Triscuits, I do however like Mary's gone crackers and my NUT likes those as a good snack.  I usually have 5 or 6 when I have them for a snack with cheese.

I just got word my Aunt passed. She has been hanging on by a thread for a few weeks now- so I'm actually relieved to hear of her passing. And since work is getting on my last nerve- I could use the time away.

I'm sorry to hear about your aunt.  My father's in the same shape - hanging by a thread - and has been for several weeks.  It's hard to make plans - or do anything - because we just don't know.
