I have a large selection of kay's naturals chips in individual bags. Parmesan cheese, nacho chili, etc.

plus the cookie bites - sheesh

I'm trying to stay away from them, the quest chips have next to no carbs so i might go back to them after this

OMG, your story about almost missing the first day is hilarious. I'm glad you figured it out! :)

Sorry about dinner. A few of us were IMing about the same thing this morning. I totally overdid it on cookies on Saturday and I knew what I was doing... Then yesterday my mom served us a big hunk of chocolate cake for dessert. No will power. I ate it. And regretted it.

I know I will always make bad choices when I'm given the chance. I just need to really limit the opportunities for those chances to creep in...

Onward and upward to a new day! I sound pretty optimistic for someone who got caught in a rainstorm on the way to work, huh? I'm soaked to the bone. I'm totally ready to go home already...

The "and I regretted it" is what sucks! Sometimes I indulge in something and I'm like "yes, this was sooooo worth it!" like the fresh, hot Sandy Pony Donuts I enjoyed on *****oteague - but then others times I'm like WTF IS WRONG WITH ME, THIS ISN'T EVEN GOOD?! Like the store bought, half stale cookie or whatever.

I'm so with you on the always make bad choices when presented with the option thing....why can't they operate on our brains too?!

The sucky part about my overindulgence was that as I was (over)eating I KNEW that I was making a huge mistake.  And I did it anyway.  Yeah, I think I need brain surgery.

Good morning everyone,

I didn't sleep well last night either and finally got up and went for a long walk. But... I did not deal with an unexpected surprise like you, lol. Good job on getting it done!

My weekend was nice and relaxing. I did a lot of yard work yesterday in the hopes that this will be the last major cleanup. I definitely got a good workout, and for some reason my gluts hurt this morning. What? You use butt muscles for yard work?

B Eas advantage protein shake, coffee with cream

L turkey Italian sausage, romaine with balsamic and olive oil

D chicken green chili (3 oz chicken, 1/4 cup canellini beans)

S light and fit yogurt, 10 almonds, 1/2 scoop protein powder with PB2
