Ugh, my hair. My hair is very fine, but it was also very thic****il I went on phentermine in my late 20's. Then it thinned terribly and has never been the same. I keep it cut chin length with lots of layers to try and oomph it a little.

Fifth day post op, so still shakes and water and broth. I'm hungry. I am tired of shakes. I thought two weeks would be no big deal but it is really sucking right now. I'm cranky, can you tell? I've been cleaning today, probably did too much, and it's pizza night, so I am heating up pizza and it is kinda sucky.

My first Menu post!

QOTD: In the last year I've cut about 11 inches off my hair. I have naturally curly hair and currently have it in a bob. It was supposed to be on more of an angle, but I went to my old hairdresser, who is recently back in business, and didn't love my cut or colour.  I'm back to my regular hairdresser in September, so hopefully we're back on track.  Oh, it's also streaked blonde on my natural brown that seems to want to have a lot of "glitter" in it lately.   P.S.  I never looked back/regretted cutting all of that hair off.

I'm on the pre-op liquid diet so here it is:

B: Chai latte - Bengal Spice tea bag in a hot HP Vanilla Ensure

L: Ensure Orange Cream Shake

D: 1 cup of 0% fat Greek Yogurt, 1 Chocolate Premier Protein Shake

S: 1 more Ensure or Premier Protein Shake

Happy Labour Day Weekend Y'all!

super late  posting for me@!

so I made a boston cream poke cake for today's event. It was a yellow cake mix with 1/2 the oil and 1/2 applesauce in the cake part, sugar free pudding, and chocolate frosting. I tried a tiny bite last night and again today, just tried the pudding with a tiny bit of the frosting and crumb of the cake. I feel very guilty. I also ate an entire protein bar last night. very unlike me. I think more than anything I felt guilt and frustration with myself. Need to get passed it and move on.

So- tomorrow will be back on track.

I am making ribs tomm so i will have that with veggies. I also think i might go for a run.

QOTD: I have long straight cut hair with side part bangs. I  have a ton of hair and always have. I did lose it from 3 months to about 8 months but it appears to be better now.
