What's on your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
Husband is working today, I have some things to do with an organization I'm on the board of, so maybe we'll take a day trip tomorrow. It's beautiful in Wisconsin today - 70s and sunny. Gorgeous weather! I was up and out the door early for a TRX class (45 minutes) and then went to the farmer's market. Now at a coffee shop with my laptop and the newspaper - one of my favorite things to do on lazy weekend mornings!
Hair - between chin & shoulder length with a lot of layering in the front so it feathers back. I have a lot of hair and never lost any after surgery. It's salt & pepper, but I have it dyed dark blonde - the blonde covers up the white hairs, but not the brown hairs, so it looks like it's highlighted.
15 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with added protein powder, 1 C of mixed fresh fruit
S: coffee w/ half & half. Probably another Greek yogurt at some point
L: meeting a friend at a Japanese place. I think I'll go for the broiled miso black cod with bok choy and grilled eggplant. Of course, I'll skip the rice
D: the rest of the chicken/peach/pecan salad. I really want something different since I've had this for the last three nights, but those peaches are getting a little too ripe. We need to poli**** off tonight

ive been on my run, had a manicure (I stop pedicures in September), and grocery shopped. Laundry is started and the weather is awesome!! No real plans the remainder of my day. I have super cash from old navy-- so I plan on filling my cart with what I want. I need jeans that fit.
Qotd: today I'm not sporting a wig- my hair is naturally coiled and kept short. It's a little longer than I prefer at the moment. I'm mostly bald- so I kind of look like a clown if it grows out to much.

Mine was always half way between my chin and shoulder's, but I went drastic and cut it short and spikey! I love it!

Late post for me today. Went to the gym this morning and decided to knock out our recent virtual 1/2 marathon and then once I got home had to get ready and run a few errands. Hope everyone is having a great day so far.
QOTD: Still loving my shorter hair do, and it's nice that I can go 2 days between washes sometimes. Maybe it'd be classified as a long pixie?!? Or as I've been told "the sleepless in Seattle -Meg Ryan cut" lol!
Breakfast: latte and banana protein shake with ice and chocolate PB2. Lunch: Aidells Apple/chicken sausage, string cheese and baby carrots. Snacks: siggi yogurt, strawberries and a latte. Dinner: Albacore, a banan and wonton wrapper crust chocolate cream pie.

Today would be a hard day for me to resist the cake and cookies....I'm glad I'm far far away. I am definitely ashamed to have fallen off the wagon today and ate some watermelon. I know I've gotta stay strong and I'm working on it. So far my usual weekness like cakes and pies have not appealed to me at all... But today the cold seedless watermelon was screaming at me after coming in from pulling up a fence row of bushes . I've been trying to grow my hair out from my short layered asymmetric bob which was so stylish feeling and *****y... For over 2 years now and I'll continue to do so as lon
