Good morning menu gang! The rain is outta here and it is a beautiful sunshiny morning! Yesterday my menu went down hill VERY quickly. Started with the husband asking me to meet for lunch at Mexican. I ate chips. Then we had left over spaghetti sauce in the fridge. Yep I ate that too! So this morning it's AMAW for me. And until I can get my crazy eating under control I think I will avoid our favorite Mexican restaurant.

QOTD- My hair is between my chin and shoulders. It is an assymetrical bob.  My hair has been coming out for about two months but thankfully it is extremely thick so I haven't noticed any bald spots.

Time since surgery almost 6 months

B- 1 oz fresh sausage and 1/4 boiled egg

L- 2oz Grilled chicken

D- 2 oz Filet mignon

S- Fresh pork skins (thanks husband)

I hope everybody has a fantabulous day!!!

Good morning JB and my weekend gang.  I don't know if you guys have noticed but I've been having a rough time for the last few months.  It's all coming to a head right now and I'm dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression and I'm trying to figure out what is going on and how to deal with it.  First off, I want to say that I am safe, and that I'm not feeling so depressed that it's dangerous, but it's pretty rough.

I'm just so grateful that I have you guys here and while you may not understand exactly what i'm going through, you guys have a general understanding.  I just made a new blog post that describes what is going on in detail, so if you are interested, click the link below.

So, I had chinese last night for dinner.  I ate too much, but it had left overs, and had that for breakfast.

I am hosting a BBQ tomorrow for Labor Day, but also for my oldests birthday.  So today I will be running around trying to get my house clean, mow the lawn, shop, make a cake and breathe.  Here's my plan for the day:

B: 1/2 pint of chicken with broccoli, no rice. Coffee with sf coffeemate

L: tuna salad on half a flat out wrap

D: chicken breast

S: light and fit greek crunch.

no totals yet, but I'll update tomorrow with the totals for my day.  I hope everyone enjoys their day!

Dear Deanna,

I'm so sorry you're struggling right now.  When you see your doctor on the 21st, be sure to ask about medications for anxiety as well as depression.  They have good meds for anxiety and many antidepressants help with anxiety as well.  I hope things get better for you really soon!

Big Hugs!
