Abdominal Discomfort 8 weeks Post Op
I get that feeling when I eat too fast. I have to constantly remind myself to slow down. A meal should take 30 minutes to finish, especially one including a dense meat. I eat all my meals with a small fork or teaspoon to help me slow down. I'm not saying this is what is causing your problem, but try eating slower and see if that helps.

How much are you eating? are you measuring your food out by volume or are you weighing it? Saying you barely eat is pretty subjective. Compared to before surgery, I barely eat now, but that doesn't mean that I don't over eat sometimes.
If you can tell us exactly what and how much you are eating, we can let you know if it sounds normal. I can eat 3 to 4 ounces of chicken breast and feel stuffed to the gills. That's what I feel if I overdo it. I get that uncomfortable feeling in my middle, my nose will run and I'll sneeze like someone blew pepper in my face.
If you really aren't eating much, then it could be you have a stricture or a hernia causing you discomfort.
