Drinks
Hello! I would like some ideas on things to drink. I'm getting a little board with what I've been drinking and I was wondering if you all had any different suggestions. I've been drinking water, lemon water, cucumber water, crystal light (I don't really care for it), life water. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and hope you all have a great day and weekend :)
I never liked hot drinks before my surgery (except creamy hot chocolate ala calorie)... but now I'm a tea-addict. I put in one packet of organic Stevia for a sweetener (great deals on Stevia at Costco).
Right now my favs are Cinnamon Stick, and Cranberry Apple. Both are wonderful hot, or served over ice.
I make a concentrate of decaf green tea for making iced tea. 8 tea bags to 1 quart boiling water, pinch of baking soda... let it steep til it cools, I do it in a mason jar. I add ice, water and Peach Torani syrup to sweeten and make peach green tea.
I don't like strong flavor, so I buy the 5 calorie Ocean Spray Cranberry juice, and some of the flavors of Vitamin Water Zero and mix ice, water and then top it off with those. I also like Bai 5 - but it is more expensive than Vitamin water... rarely goes on sale.

I drink hot tea and flavored coffee, in addition to different flavors of Crystal Light Liquid in my glasses of water.

Mio Berry Pomegranate. I couldn't stand Crystal Light because it's too sweet. This has enough tartness to counterbalance the sweet. It's the only thing I add to my water daily.
