What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Cory - if u like pretzels try the Kay's natural pretzels. Reg or cinnn toast. I got on Amazon but also have found at some groceries in the section with gluten free foods. Small bag but these are like 12g protein and they are somehow "dense" and filling unlike the giant bag of reg pretzels I could eat whole bag -ha.
if u like Parmesan flavor the Cello Whisps are great crunch. And they are just cheese disks. Serving is 15 for 9g protein. Trouble is portioning as they come in big bag at Costco. Or Amazon. They r rich though so overindulge causes me regret.
Mr cheese-o's cheddar is my fave also on Amazon and I have found at Target. These are also filling! People on OH say "moon cheese" is better I've not tried so don't know if crunchy
you look fantastic happy an nowhere near the double-nickels Senior classification beautiful daughters too!
Thanks for the tips. I looked for them at the store yesterday, but didn't find them (Kay's pretzels), so I am going to order some on Amazon. I will have to check out the other items. I haven't seen them at my Costco. I will have to order some stuff online.
Thanks so much, I am feeling great too!

Happy Friday everyone! My vacation starts tomorrow so I'm super excited. I'm swamped at work, but I don't care, I haven't seen my Los Angeles family in four years and I can't wait. Disneyland, Laguna Beach, Santa Monica, I'm doing the whole tourist thing.
QOTD: My name is Nicole, I was born and raised in Southern California, but I relocated to Portland, Oregon for work and pledged my allegiance to that state as my new home. I recently relocated again to Reno, Nevada, but I am looking forward to moving back to Oregon at the beginning of the year. Work be damned. Speaking of work, I am a software administrator, Salesforce, to be exact (if you're a techie you may know it). I will be 41 in 5 days, am single with no children or pets, and I am married to my job. I went to college in Dallas (SMU) and I have been just about everywhere in the United States. I'm pretty boring compared to most of the people on here.
B: Pumpkins spice latte, with skim
L: ugh
D: ugh
I'm too excited to eat or plan meals right now. I promise to take lots of pictures on vacation to use as my "after 100 pounds lost" photos. I bought some new clothes in regular sizes at regular stores this week, so that was a blast. Nothing had an "X" in the size. I'm hoping to hit onederland while I'm gone, it's my personal goal.

Well it's just after lunch for me, but here we go. I'm so glad the weekend is here, but my inlaws are in town so there won't be much resting for me.
QOTD: My name is Erin, I live just west of Washington DC in Virginia. I've lived here my while life except college. I have 2 girls Kelley who is 8 and Addison who is 2.5. I've been married to my hubby Paul for 12 years, must be the magic number around here. I'm a TV Addict, it's my happy place. I also love the beach and summer. I'm a Business Operation Analyst for a very large Credit Union which is fancy for she who loks at spreadsheets all day. My husband also works here so we get to commute sometimes.
I don't have any picture still getting over that avoiding the camera thing.
