Okay, JB suggested I post my proposed menu for today rather than posting what I ate yesterday, so I'm going to try that.
B: 2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese
L: lettuce salad w/ tomato, 3 strips bacon, cheese
D: rib-eye steak
S: Moon cheese
S: Sugar-free pudding w/ cool whip
S: Oiko's Zero greek yogurt
Protein: 91 gr. Calories: 961 Carbs: 30 gr.
NO protein bars!

QOTD Sams club version of centrum over 50 multivitamin, 500 mg b12, vitamin d 2000 mg, vitamin a 10000 mg twice a day, 1200 mg calcium citrate.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese, baby carrots, and banana
D cheeseburger with slimwich bread and spinach
S strawberry light and fit Greek yogurt, Turkey sausage snack sticks, and watermelon.

Hi there everyone!! I've returned from Key West, and my hubbie's surgery, and I'm back at work. Ugh. Exhausted, as the hubs has to get up and walk every couple of hours, is sleeping in the recliner in the livingroom, and I did as well last night. I think I got about 4 hours of sleep total
My trip was GREAT! Nevermind it rained every day... we made the best of it, and what does it matter in you're in a bathing suit if it rains anyway, right? We got out to our jet ski tour, which was what I was looking forward to the most anyway! I like speed in the water.... my scooter was a different story, as I just can't seem to navigate corners on them. Luckily I only lost 'control' twice, and once the car heading towards me was nice enough to move out of my way... and the second time I managed to stop at the curb before I took out the hotdog stand... but those guys were wide eyed and just a little scared, let me tell you Next time we are renting the golfcart!
I did well on my eating, and I've noticed that I'm turning the corner on what I can tolerate. I had a lot of bacon for breakfast (I got nicknamed the baconater) with a bite or two of whatever the hubs got for breakfast... I did have some savory carbs, but I've yet to try anything with sugar - and I'll just keep it that way for now!
QOTD: I wake up some mornings and I am the Queen of fashion with a hot body... other mornings I'm an old fat mom with no fashion sense at all... I think it's normal!
Weigh in this morning 194.4 down two pounds since I left for vacation a week ago. I consider that a win!
B: 3 pieces of bacon and a SF vanilla decaf latte that I'm working on now
L: Ugh, not sure, really need to hit the grocery store!
D: Meat? That's about as good as I can do at this point... I saw some hot dogs in the fridge from my mother in law... I may end up eating one of those - no bun of course
