I posted this on facebook this morning, but I'm also going to post it here:
Please explain to me how a toddlers sleeping pattern can be so crazy. On Monday night, Kal went to be around 9:30 or 9:45 and got up at 5am. Last night he went to bed around 9:45 or 10:00 and he's still sleeping at 8:15. It's not fair to me, as a mom.
It's probably because I went to sleep at the same time as he did last night, and he's just a jerk.
I'm also typing this with him on my lap, clinging to my arm. he hates that I'm typing and is mad because my arm is not around him. Seriously, here's a picture of my morning.
We're going to walk to the library today and have a nice day playing outside in the sun. Here's my plan for the day
1 year, 4 weeks since surgery
B: 1 egg, 2oz turkey sausage and a slice of velveeta. Coffee with sf coffeemate
L: turkey taco salad, no chips
D: grilled chicken with salsa and cheese
S 2 blueberry toaster waffles, that I may have already eaten...
totals:
calories 893 protein 86 carbs 57 fat 39
I hope you all have a wonderful day.
QOTD: I take a generic women's multi without iron, 3x bariatric advantage calcium chews, a b12 sublingual, a D3, vitamin c and iron before bed. I also recently started taking a coq10 and a probiotic as well as my doxycycline.
Good Thursday morning menu gang! This morning is a kick butt day!!! I feel fierce as heck and I am pretty sure I can take on the world today!
QOTD- I am attaching a photo. That's easiest. As soon as I finish up these bottles I am finding swallow pills. I feel nauseous after I take my vitamins and calcium now because they taste so sweet. I'm on two Vitamin D's because of fibro. Surgeon said we would try this and see how it works.
Time since surgery 5 months almost 6. I go for my 6 months follow up on September 12th and I am super excited! Never said that for a dr appointment. The scale moved this morning. Thank goodness. 192.6
B- Premier Protein shake
L- 2 oz Ribeye steak and a dab of A.1.
D- 2 oz Scallops with a little ginger
S- Something meat not sure
I hope everyone has a fantabulous day!!
Surgery date March 4, 2016

It's funny but now that I've gotten rid of most of my too big clothes, I no longer feel like I've lost any weight, so feel fat most days. Hopefully as these new things get baggy, I'll start feeling the weight loss again
I use the multi Patch. It fell off last night at some point, so I'm taking a couple extra Celebrate multis that I have leftover from before I switched to the patch. I also take Celebrate b-12 1,000 mcg, generic b1 250mg and two Viactiv calcium chews plus D (1000 CA, 500 D, 40 K)
B: Yoplait Plenti w/peach
L: Leftover Ham n Bean soup (soooo good! And the best part is that I made enough to freeze 4 portions for later!)
D: Scrambled eggs, probably with cheese, and bacon (husband is cooking)
S: Babybel, sf pops and... maybe a protein bar or shake. I haven't entered anything in MFP yet today, but I have a feeling my Protein totals for today are low.

Happy Friday-eve peeps! I pick up what you're putting down Kristen, I totally feel that way sometimes. Today I am right in the middle-my run was nice but my hair is not cooperating today (may need a bobby pin shortly if it keeps flopping into my eyes). Glad you feel fierce today!
QOTD: I take a chewable centrum multi, bariatric advantage chewable chocolate "wafers" calcium citrate-3 times daily (1500 mg), 500 micrograms sublingual B12 (one tablet twice a day) and I think that's it!
Time since surgery: 24 months
B: SF latte, egg beaters and one turkey sausage patties
L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, Siggi's, strawberry & Rhubarb yogurt, and pork rinds
D: Aidells teriyaki and pineapple chicken meatballs(3), baby carrots and a cheese stick
E: 6 miles this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1073 Protein:126 Carbs:61 Fat:34
