What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD: morning: (I forget some of the brands and amounts): 450 mg magnesium, vit D, vit K2, vit B complex, one senior chewable SpectraVit (the CVS house brand of Centrum). Also a packet of Upcal D (powdered calcium citrate) stirred into my Greek yogurt (my usual breakfast)
sometime during the day: 2 Bariatric Advantage calcium citrate chews (although occasionally I'll drop a couple of calcium citrate tablets into a protein shake to substitute for one of the chews)
late afternoon: another chewable SpectraVit, 300 mg of magnesium
before bed: carbonyl iron, vit C
once a week: B12
15 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with added protein powder, 12 raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, small Caprese salad
L: 1 C cottage cheese, 1/2 C fresh fruit
D: chicken/peach/pecan salad
will probably have another thing of Greek yogurt at some point
Exercise: 75 minute yoga class
