My nut also pushing the low fat. I have learned a lot here though and know to ask questions and do my own research as well.

I felt the way you describe feeling for the first couple of months. I was not getting enough protein, as I could not stand any of the protein shakes that I tried. I didn't get my energy bac****il I got my protein up. I started adding unflavored protein to everything. It made all the difference in the world. Now, I am able to get most of my protein from food. I eat very well (lots of seafood) and often (about every 3 hours). I have tons of energy now. I do eat a small amount of carbs with each meal... Very small. Feel better soon.

If you are going to track something, it should be protein. By this time (4+ mo) you should be at 60-80gms a day. Are you? If not, you with feel like crap and lose muscle mass and eventually your weight loss will stop before it should. Lots of other possible sources of your not feeling well have been suggested.
I hope you get it checked out and back to feeling super. That is the goal for post-WLS.
