Do mean plain mint or mint chocolate?
If you like mint chocolate, which I do, I use the Syntrax Nectar Chocolate and add this to it:
It takes VERY little to get a minty taste.
I also use it in my coffee to make a peppermint mocha.

Why not get some sugar free syrup and add to your protein powder.
I use DiVinci Peppermint Paddy with chocolate whey isolate powder. I also like to use the SF Pumpkin Pie, Kahlua, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Butterscotch, Rum, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, etc. For cold drinks I use SF raspberry, cherry, white chocolate, peach, lime, etc.
I only buy vanilla and chocolate protein powders and change the flavor with the syrups.
I use mostly DiVinci and Torani sugar free syrups.
