QOTD: I don't mind flying. I don't love the take off because my brain just can't wrap itself around the physics. But once we are in the air I'm good. But I have never and will never, use an airplane bathroom! The second my pants are down, is when we'll crash. I'm positive.

Omg, this made me laugh out loud.  What would be the chances of the place crashing while you're in the bathroom with your pants around your ankles!  But here's an alternative.  Always wear a skirt when you fly, so even if you crash when they find your at least you'll look like you just weren't wearing underwear!

Morning all. I am off, my mood is blah and I am struggling to "adult" today... I have an inner battle going on with myself right now and I am not winning... I am struggling with a personal issue and I am working hard on "finding my Joy".  Oddly for me when I am sad or down I lose my appetite, its when things are great and I am super duper happy that I can eat a ton... and to top it off I am slammed at work and surrounded by nasty back stabbing *****es that I want to throat punch them all.  I promise I will post a summary and winner of AMAW & AMAW-C later, thanks to everyone who participated.

Sorry you didn't get your Oreo AV, in hindsight was probably for the better right?  Camping on Lake Ontario, my neck of the woods!  I will Wave at them, hope they have a blast.

QOTD: NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a huge resounding NO I DO NOT LIKE TO FLY!!!!  I have inner ear issues and I get car sick, plane sick and boat sick VERY easy so if planes just went up, flew straight and went down I would be fine, its the TURBULENCE that puts me over the edge. I have no problems with check in, security, baggage claim, crowds, airport food, stop overs, but if there is turbulence then I am puking!  That said, quick dissolving Gravol and a 1/2 Clonazepam always come with me on the plane, and chewing gum for my ears.

Vits done, calcium on alarms, liquids are good

Calories 875 protein 86 carbs 25 fat 51

E: step class after work, then home and walk the dogs
