Have a good day
Morning AV. I read the thread earlier and had time to count, and for your QOTD, I've actually only flown 5 times in my life. The first time I flew in an airplane I was in my 30s. It's funny, my hubby flies for work a lot know, and we're starting to plan a vacation for next year using his frequent flier miles. We have enough miles to fly three people to Europe. We are a family of four, so we can't book a trip yet, but seriously, this girl is most likely going to Scotland or Ireland next year sometime! Woohoo!
My weight this morning was 164. This was after eating a bunch of ham yesterday and feeling very much like I'm retaining water. I have a gallon zip lock bag full of ham in my fridge, but I'm bowing out after breakfast and lunch today. I just can't eat that much sodium on a regular basis. My hands feel hot and swollen. I know you guys know what that feels like.
Here's my plan for the day
1 year since surgery
B: 1 egg, 3oz of ham, a tiny bit of onion and tomato all scrambled together and topped with a slice of velveeta. It was yummy. coffee with SF coffeemate (peppermint mocha!) and then I ate the other half of my kids banana (fail)
L: 3oz ham on 1/2 a flat out wrap with lettuce, tomato and mayo and an ultra thin slice of sharp cheddar
D: shrimp and ****tail sauce
S: light and fit crunch key lime flavor.
totals
calories 1011 protein 95 carbs 57 fat 46
i realized my stats yesterday were completely off because the ham I was logging was only showing calories and none of the stats. No wonder I was confused at all the calories for the low protein number. Duh.
Have a fantastic day. I'm going shopping at Ollies today because I saw that Supershopper went yesterday and I LOVE that store!
They had the moose munch on sale for $1.50 at my Ollies, I did not buy it. I did buy a container of dried pineapple for the toddler and some dried kiwi for my oldest. I also got a set of Wahl clippers for $9.99, and I almost bought 10 skeins of yarn, but talked myself out of it. They had Lion Brand Hometown USA Super Chunky on sale for `2.99. I had it all in my cart and had to put it back. They had the fat free kraft salad dressing for cheap too, so I got a couple of those. I'm going to actually have a salad tonight with shrimp on instead of shrimp ****tail.
Hope everyone is off to a terrific Tuesday. I am hoping today goes by quick, I enjoyed working from home yesterday but I am back at the office today so I do I am some meetings to get on the calendar.
QOTD: I really don't mind flying. The check-in and security process always makes me anxious that I am going to miss my flight....that and running to a connecting flight.

Have a great one!
I just sprayed a cupcake pan with non-stick spray put the wonton wrappers in there and baked them at 350 for about 8 mins and then let them cool. I filled them with SF banana cream pudding that I made with fairlife. I froze half of the dozen I made so eventually I will see how those held up. I am thinking there will be pumpkin pie soon :)
