Hello. How are you? Things are going well. I'm down 27 lbs. so far. Eating is getting better. I made meatloaf yesterday and it was awesome. I'll be joining a gym on Thursday. I have no complaints so far.

Awesome, so glad you are doing so good. I have just over two weeks now, 9/14. And I'm ready. It's good to hear from the people who have recently gone through it. I wish you continued success.
