Oh, apple/pear applesauce sounds delish! Last year my SIL made apple pie filling from the apples that grow on the tree on my Dad's front lawn and it was divine.

We have a few of those quarter pusher machines placed in a couple of convenience stores and it's what we use for vacation money so I love them too lol. When is your surgery ? Would love to see pics of the rv when you get it done .

Good Morning! We had a nice relaxing weekend and I got some extra time in at the gym when I took Em to go swim. I am working from home this morning because I have an appt for a test in a little bit that required fasting and I wasn't going to put my team through my hangry-ness.

L: Grilled chicken, baby carrots, string cheese and SF Jello
S: SF latte, Siggi's Strawberry & Rhubarb yogurt(Thanks for the tip Anny) and a few cherries
D: Shredded Carnitas, garbonzo beans, and cheddar on top of some lettuce and banana cream pie (I baked wonton wrappers and filled with SF banana cream pudding made with Fairlife milk and top with a bit of whipped cream)
E: 90 mins stepper this morning
