Yeah, its getting down there. I mean I am "happy" with a 5 lbs range, so its nice being at the LOWER end of the range. Now if only I can keep going down and get a really nice buffer But you have heard my ***** and moan about this before hahaha
BUT I have been losing inches as well, so THAT is always awesome! I am making some progress in my muscle gains as well
Happy Monday menu friends, What I loved about AMAW-C is that my cravings for crap food in the evening went away.
QOTD I love going to the Exibition in Toronto. The food building's are amazing. I haven't been in a long time, hopefully next year.

Good morning AV and menu crew. Yay for the AMAW and AMAW-C week. I lost 6.4 Pounds.
QOTD - I am with Grim, I like the food, But I love to people watch. My son and I were walking the carnival area this year and one of the game booth workers leaned forward as my son walked by and made a Fart sound with his mouth, my son turned around and looked at me and we both busted into uncontrollable laughter. Ryley said to me - " Dad, did he really just do that"...we were crying!

880 Calories today - If I go to the gym I will add a snack
Exercise - at least 10,000 steps and I am undecided on the gym tonight. ( if I go to the gym I add 60 minutes driving to the 100 minutes I do going to and from work, I am tired of driving! )

How do you make your meatballs?
I do not have a formal recipe...but use the following by site/taste
2 lbs of 90/10 burger
Pork rinds as a binder ( replaces bread crumbs)
2 eggs
Italian seasoning
garlic powder
a little chopped bacon
I bake them until done and then add them to sauce.
