A quarter pounder without a bun is a decent meal when nothing else is available. But I will judge you for not getting it with bacon. I'm just going to assume you got it with cheese though.

My son had his appendix out at 7... a little nerve wrecking when they are young... all good in the end though.

Oh that sounds like a nice, active, part time job! I keep saying I need to get a weekend job, and my husband is crapping his pants worrying that I will leave him during the weekend with all 4 kids and he will have to SOLO PARENT...You know, like I do ALL WEEK, since he works such long hours! lol
QOTD: There are a bunch of local fairs around here, we don't go most years, only because its SO EXPENSIVE! Admission, food, all the crap the kids want when there.

M1: (2) HB eggs, 1oz prosciutto
M2: Tumaro ancient grains wrap, (2) 97% FF Hebrew National franks, 30g hot dog relish
M3: Dannon L&F Greek raspberry yogurt, 28g Paleonola chocolate fix "granola"
M4: Banana w/ 6oz 0% Fage greek yogurt, 8g SF/FF vanilla pudding mix, 27g cocoa puffs (I dont know if I will be able to eat all this)
M5: 2oz Turkey Kielbasa, 1oz blue cheese, sauteed onions
M6: (7) Ritz crackers, .6 cup Fairlife skim milk, 1.15 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate
Totals: Cals: 1503 Protein: 124 Carbs: 138 Fat: 57

ETA: I fear for our bank account on the nights when I'm working. LOL Matt talks a good game about how he can cook, but even though there was food in the fridge, they went out for dinner last night.
