What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
B: Blueberry-Banana Oatmeal
Stove-top method using; rolled oats, soy milk, dried blueberries, 1/2 banana, vanilla, and almond butter with a drizzle of S/F Mrs. Butterworth's syrup on top.
This morning I used 1/2 c. of oatmeal, rather than my normal 1/4 c. That was too much. It's nearly 1:00 pm here in FL and I'm STILL full!
L: Protein Shake
Nectar Vanilla with almond milk and a squirt of Torani's Pumpkin Pie syrup. (It's almost fall... right?)
D: Chicken and Artichoke Dinner (Foil packets)
Small bit of rice and water in the bottom of the packet, Chicken, quarterered artichoke hearts, chopped tomatoes on top, then drizzled (not drowned) with a combination of Italian dressing and pesto.
We will have roasted asparagus & mushrooms with it.

Hi menu peeps
I haven't been to the fair in many years. We used to go all the time t,o the county fair when I was a kid. Loved the rides, games and food. The rides I love they don't have anymore. I probably won't be a ride person anymore. It's too expensive now to go.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese, baby carrots, and banana
D ocean perch and peas
S blueberry light and fit Greek yogurt, 2 turkey sausage snack sticks, and watermelon
Everyone have a good day
My very first job was working in a swanky shoe store. I was 18, and nervous as hell. I lasted 6 months and then got "let go" because I just couldn't meet my quotas. I'm not charming and couldn't sell water to a man dying of thirst...oh well. It was still fun, and I liked the job except for trying to talk rich old ladies into buying 3 pairs of $100 shoes.
I meant to reply to AV directly...guess I did, sort of?
Sigh. Been a long day.
I woke up in between a memory and a dream...
