Good morning!
Wow. Ok now I remember how tough weekends are. I am such a routine based person and weekends are anything but structured in my family. I am glad AMAW was technically over on Friday because I had to have a few protein shakes to get my protein count up. Still, it was quite abysmal. I was eating around 700 calories, 70-80 protein, and under 20 carbs. I also realized I have a problem logging into and posting on OH from my mobile. I will have to figure that out because I had no accountability over the weekend ;) I was good though...I erred on the side of not eating, as opposed making poor choices. I am just so much more organized over the work week! Sunday night I cooked meat fest part 2: pork carnitas, pork chops, bacon, pork breakfast sausage (sensing a theme? If you are what you eat, I am turning into a pig...hmmm), lemon pepper chicken, and sloppy joe mix. I cooked a little more this time around so I should make it through the week with what is prepared. I also made enough to use as easy dinner for the family by adding various veggies and sides. Yay for easy work nights!

AMAW--I had to chuckle. I took my measurements at the start of AMAW just in case the scale was not kind. I did lose 4 pounds, however, I gained an INCH! How does that happen?! LOL. I can laugh about it now because later that day I got my period, but I almost threw the scale and the tape measure out the window. If one doesn't betray me, it is the other.
Mini goals--When you have a great deal of weight to lose, sometimes it can be overwhelming. I have set a new mini goal for myself. I want to get off all the weight I gained in 2016. Today that is 6 pounds, and I would like to do it by my birthday in October.
QOTD--Does NJ have a state fair? I know we used to many moon ago...but I haven't gotten wind of it since I was a kid. That being said, we take our kids to every stinking carnival that rolls by the town. Love it!

Good morning! Last week's AMAW-C resulted in a 4 lb loss, which made me happy all weekend.
QOTD: I'm a sucker for the petting zoo at the fair - especially the llamas, the sweet-faced donkeys, and the little jumping goats. After that it's the giant vegetables and the quilts. I haven't been on the rides for years, but used to love those. I have never tasted the deep-fried novelties, but I bet I'd like them if I tried them!
