What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I love the shark picture,AV! I've kind of felt like biting off some faces lately. It's good to know it's lots of protein. I love your sweater Melissa. I wish I was ambitious enough to do a sweater but I am flighty and get easily distracted so would probably never get it finished. A gloomy cooler day here in Illinois today but Lily and I got our 3 plus miles in at 545 this morning. Post op 4 years on Monday so I may do a surgiversary post later as we are camping Sunday night and won't be back til late Wednesday afternoon. Weight today was 118. No cowboy shoots this weekend but I will be finishing a sermon I'm preaching for Sunday both at the church and at the local nursing home and also getting the RV ready to go for Sunday. I'm also starting to plan for our two week long jaunt that's coming up in September. Getting excited to see my oldest son and his girlfriend as its been almost a year since we've seen them. So it's a busy weekend here. Here's the eats for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 3 oz deli turkey and 80 cal pumpkin pie Greek yogurt D 31/2 oz baked cod with 1/2 c spinach cheese quinoa S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Have a great weekend everyone and make some smart choices!
Take the time to do your anniversary post on Monday. Newer people should have the chance to see your awesome success.

Good morning! Happy Friday to everyone!
AMAW-C has worked well for me - I'm down 4 lbs since Sunday, so my birthday week indulgences have been erased and I'm happy to see those pounds gone. I also find that my hunger is reduced, and I didn't eat all the food on yesterday's post. If I keep the Critter part of the menu to a minimum, there is even less hunger. It was an effective reset, and something to revisit in the future when night time hunger or excess snacking become an issue.
B: roast beef
L: baked chicken breast (no skin)
D: ham
S: chicken nibblers, yogurt
Cal-837, carb-31 (from yogurt and ham), protein-125
QOTD plans for the weekend: there is a community shredding event in Stratford this weekend, so I cleaned out my filing cabinet and have a big bag of paperwork all ready to shred! Then I'm painting a couple of walls in the living room and will spend a few hours working in the garden. It doesn't sound too exciting, but makes a nice break from sitting in front of the computer.
Have a great weekend!
In DC at OAC convention....Here with my girlfriend of 30 years who just got sleeved in March... Saw Dr M yesterday... So peace of mind and things on upswing... Still lots of recovery to do...
AMAW went down in a blaze of glory last night. Doc recommended a Mexican restaurant near the hotel..., Guacamole, a few chips ... Did ask for celery carrots... A shared pomegranate margarita ( first since surgery)... And the meat was there too ...beef short rib. Just what the Doctor ordered. :) No regrets.
Had a food porn photo of last nights dinner but OH and phone won't cooperate....
See you guys Monday... Have s great weekend.
Edit: BTW my arm photo is in the OAC journal in Dr M's ad... They are going on the road.... LOL ... Thought of you MaryAnn ...

Good Friday Morning!
I am back to work today after a very lazy day, convalescing yesterday. I literally only had 3500 steps. LOL. But I am feeling a lot better so it's back to work, today.
Five out of six of our schools opened this week, but we have a brand new school that opens on Monday. We are so excited, but there is SO MUCH TO DO to physically transform the space and get it up to our very high standards. I will be there with rolled up sleeves today and tomorrow. The forecast is for temps in the 90s and high humidity. So at least I should be able to count on keeping the water weight off!
QOTD: Back to the school for more prep tomorrow, then Sunday we are going on the Tall Ships to tour around the Boston waters. Should be fun!
Today's pic is a little AMAW humor from our trip to Target yesterday...
