Awwww I am so sorry for the loss of your bunny, I am glad he had his family with him during his last few hours.
You are doing awesome girl, down 6 pounds is wonderful!
Have an awesome vacation, not sure if you will be posting on the menu thread while on vacation so if not see you in a two weeks!
Looking forward to seeing some pics of your trip and hearing how you did!

Good Morning Everyone!
Yesterday I drove 3 hours to my 6 month check-up with my surgeon, then 3 more hours back home. A lot of driving. My surgeon said he is very pleased with my progress and after I asked him about the long drive, he consented to letting me skip the next 3 month appointment since I'm doing so well and just see him again at my 1 year surgiversary! Yay! I don't have to make that long drive again for 6 more months. My labs weren't in yet, though, so he said that was assuming my labs all come back good.
QOTD: I don't have any specific plans for the weekend. I will probably list some things for sale on eBay and do fun stuff like laundry & house work. LOL.
AMAW-C has gone great for me. I am down 4 pounds this morning! Yesterday I had to eat things I could take in the car with me. I ate: bacon, 2 h.b. eggs w/ light mayo & cheese, cottage cheese, a protein shake, 3 string cheese sticks, Oiko's Zero greek yogurt, Slim Fast protein drink, moon cheese and a hot dog (no bun). Still NO protein bars! I've learned from AMAW-C that I CAN survive without my beloved protein bars!
Have a great Friday and an awesome weekend everyone!

Karen, you killed it this week kicking your protein bars to the curb! Well done, you!
