QOTD: Not sure what we're doing this weekend. Maybe have a yard sale or take the Harley out for a ride. Or maybe just tell hubby we are staying in bed all weekend (he sure won't complain)
My daughter is my hairdresser and she work's at JC Penny salon. So a couple of weeks ago I went to get my grays colored and take her out for lunch after her shift. I had to wait a 1/2 hour before she was done so I strolled around the store shopping. I came across this cute top or at least I thought it was a top. When she was done working I showed her and she said to try it on. It fit perfect. She then smiled and laughed. I asked her what was so funny she said only I could pick out a JUNIOR'S dress and rock it as a top. So this "top" is a junior's large dress LOL. I fricking love it.
So meat and critter week has been amazing for me I will continue on eating this way each week.
Not only have I stuck to plan 100%, but drum roll please I have lost 8lbs since I weighed myself last Friday. I have so much energy and by the end of the day I struggle to eat dinner because I am still full from lunch. My husband also feels so much better since being back on eating mostly protein (he has eaten a few veggies).
B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. coffee with cream
L: Finishing off the steak and lobster
D: Some shrimp with butter
S: If needed 2 chicken/cheese roll ups
66oz of water in already, vitamins done, and 30 mins cardio.

Except for breakfast I could eat seafood everyday for lunch and dinner. I may have to tell hubby we are going to RI so I can hit the seafood market I love. They have everything you could imagine and so fresh. I'm feeling like oysters and little necks this weekend. He will have swordfish if we go.

Can't pick what's to be most jealous about: your junior-sized body in a junior-size dress, a DD that works at JCPenney where our family would be up a creek without their tall-sized clothing line, owning a Harley, or staying in bed all weekend. (BTW, the neighbor took the chickens and now I walk down the driveway to the mailbox alone).
