I have been taking Miralax a full cap every day this week without any improvement. Until this morning when it all seemed to work at once. Thank goodness my first two appointments didn't show! Otherwise I might have had to Skype with them from the bathroom :)
qotd- my first cassette was Cindy Lauper- She's So Unusual. My BFF and I had a whole choreographed dance routine to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
I fell off the AMAW wagon hard yesterday. They already have Reese's Peanut Butter Cup pumpkins out in the store :( They are like kryptonite to me. Then I overslept this am and forgot my lunch. No Bueno.
B- tons of coffee with Splenda
S- I have a Light and Fit Greek yogurt in my work fridge, if it's not green that's the plan!
L- small Wendy's chili
D- probably my packed lunch when I get home, deli roast beef and chicken
When I hear Girls Just Wanna Have Fun on the radio I will rock. that. **** Love her.
Hi AV. I brought a bag of sausage to JB's. All sausage all day!
I had ribeye all day yesterday. Sausage all day today. Tomorrow might be ham day. It is amazing how AMAW get rid of food cravings. It's a miracle. The Meat Miracle.
QOTD. The first album I bought was a cassette tape of the Steve Miller Band, Book of Dreams. I had just bought my first car, a 1968 Ford Mustang. The first thing I did was take the AM only radio out and put in a stereo with tape deck.

Good morning AV and the funky menu bunch :) In the next week or so can we do an "introduce yourself" question of the day? There seem to be a ton of new people on here I'm not familiar with and it would be great to get to know everyone. QOTD: my first cassette tape was Def Leopard Hysteria and my first CD was Criss Cross and Firehouse. I still start to sing the next song on the Def Leopard tape if I hear a song finishing on the radio.
I've been freaking out lately. My ironman is 16 days away. The training has really started to slow down and I've been spending all my extra time eating or worrying about the race (neither are helping me!). My hip has starting hurting again so I have another cortisone shot on Tuesday morning. I'm just a mental and physical mess. Thank god for good friends and a very supportive hubbie. I'll be posting exactly how to track me on race day closer to the race.
