What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
So I'm an 80's kid. I honestly don't remember which "tape" I bought first.. i just remember listening to the radio patiently so I could hit "record" at just the right second to get my favorite songs on tape. And then rewinding the tape to just the perfect spot so I could record the NEXT awesome song. Usually half of them would be cut-off or the DJ would float over part of every song, but i'm pretty sure that was the 80's version of a playlist. ;) That tape would have been filled with New Kids, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, and who knows what else. Probably a splash or two of accidental hairspray just because.
AMAW-C is going pretty well. I'm down 3lbs since Monday.. and even though I'm still in the honeymoon phase (5 months post op) that's faster than normal! Hopefully today & tomorrow will add to that tally!
Breakfast: Premier Protein Shake
Lunch: 1/2c Cottage Cheese mixed with 1/2 container of Light/Fit Greek Yogurt
Dinner: 4oz Cold Shrimp; Hard Boiled Egg
Snack: SF Popsicle, Fit Crunch Bar
Drink: Atkins Protein Water
Exercise: I walked 3.4 miles with a friend over lunch today!

Hi everyone!, still here, late as usual. Thankfully I only have 1 more midnigh****ch & then be off for a few days. I need to pop my cherry & finally ride the Cyclone at Coney Island that I keep chickening out on. Now there's all these labor day sales, going back to school commercials, etc, etc reminding me that summer is almost over! Waahhh!!!
QOTD My first album is Whitney Houston How will I know., circa 1985. It only had the 2 songs & since I was only 15 when it came out & the only record player belonged to my parents, so it was an acceptable album to play. You know I still have that album!, crazy. I wonder if it still plays?
