Morning everyone. It is still morning in the West. I am having a totally uninspiring day, probably because I have a calendar full of meetings. That includes the one I am on now, which is a 2 hour webex about compliance requirements for opening new health care facilities. Please, someone hit me on the head with a rock and put me out of my misery. To entertain myself, I am playing Pokeman Go. My office is right above a Poke Stop, so I keep dropping lures and catching critters. And hula hooping. I am also hula hooping.
AMAW-C has been going well, although I was up to 139 this morning from 137 yesterday. Still a good weight tho, even though I am having a "feeling fat" day. Don't know why, but it goes to show that fat girl brain never goes away.
QOTD: The first album I owned was Moody Blues "Days of the Future Passed." My brother bought it for me in self defense because I kept playing his Moody Blues albums over and over. My second was a James Taylor album. After that it was a bunch of Osmond albums, 'cause I hearted them.

S: Babybel Gouda (did you know they had Gouda Babybels? It was a revelation when I saw them)

Dinner may change because I have a BOD meeting tonight and may go out to dinner with one of the other Board members. I will keep to AMAW-C if we do.

Crazy busy week at work and home, so no time to post in the day, but I skulk and read at night. I'm sneaking in a break now to read and post.
QOTD: I think it was Elton John-Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy. My Mom had a Hi-Fi (sort of upright cabinet with a record player in it). I would play it over and over. I had an 8-track when I was 16 and had a car. Those tapes would get warped sitting in the hot car all the time and would make for interesting listening.
Today's menu: Protein shake, just ate a mini muffin because I was super hungry-and realized it was because I had not finished much of my shake. Uggh. Lunch will be grilled shrimp, salad, and a few vegies. Dinner after the gym-Chick fil-a grilled nuggets, small fruit cup. I brought a greek yogurt for snack this afternoon. And/or cheese and crackers. My menu always looks the same when I post because it seems that I get to post more frequently when I am at my hospital office, which works out to be on my training/gym days and I always like shrimp for lunch. Routine is good for me.
I am green with envy for all of you vacationers. Hope you all have a great trip filled with wonderful experiences and making memories! For the rest of us, tomorrow is Friday! Yaaayyy! Have a great day.

OMG! Captain Fantastic & the Brown Dirt Cowboy was the 2nd album I ever bought. I memorized the words to every single song - still have them on my Ipod today. Sing sing along word for word. That was a GREAT album... I googled it... it was released in 1975. I was 13. Ha!!
