What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good afternoon. Busy today at work so didn't have time to post this morning. That reminds me...I haven't actually eaten anything today either. Grrr. Skipping breakfast is always a bad idea. Will go grab a yogurt once I finish this post...promise.
QOTD: Solid Gold Hits album from Columbia House. The song I recall the best was this gem

LOL I played it a million and one times.
Menu:
B: Zero...need to go eat my Light & Fit Vanilla
L: Taco meat (1cup), shredded cheese, tomato salsa
D: No clue...will be flying out to Atlanta for a conference tonight so it will be a "look for protein first" on the menu week from here on out. Wish me luck!
If I don't get to log in as I travel I wish you all a wonderful weekend and catch you all again on Monday.

HA! I'm crying at that video. Do they even do the Columbia House thing anymore? I did that 10 for a penny thing (or whatever it was) a bunch of times.
I definitely did the Columbia House thing, my parents were always pissed off at me because inevitably, I would forget to send that card back when I didn't want the album, and they auto shipped it. I always had all these stupid CDs I didn't listen to, and my Mom would end up paying the bill. I can still hear her, "One day, Nicole... I'm just going to let them ruin your credit".
Just the weekend. I won't get in until midnight and fly out Sunday afternoon. I will have a crazy schedule while I am there but if I find some free spots I will send you a message!

I echo your disdain for the scale. As much as I don't like what its telling me- I think I'm seeing a pattern for this phase of this weight loss journey. As long as I know the pattern I can live with the fluctuations.
QOTD- ha- I have no idea. I'm sure I've bought things before- but that was a LONG time ago.
