The day of reckoning is upon me !

Thanks everyone !  Start pre op in the morning just for the week. Grim  Think I'll go swing some chicken (wings ) in my face before its time for protein shake city !

Congratulations. It is a great thing. Start to not drink at meals. I know that was one thing I really had to practice. One meal at a time. 

Keep coming back to this website. There is a wealth of knowledge here. Also a lot of support from others.
