Anyone with an upcoming September surgery want to stand up and be counted??

This way we know who each other is, and can support and commiserate with each other, as well as reaching out to the more experienced for guidance.

I guess I'm lucky, my doc doesn't require a pre-op diet, just clear liquids the day before surgery.

It's a doozy, but I lost the 2 lbs. I put on in my food funeral phase, in the first day! So far, surviving it!

I've also heard it called "Last Supper Mentality" by the psychologist who taught my last pre-surgery class. I could't resist a few things I don't know if I'll ever eat again, or not for some time. And, now I don't feel as bad about starving my way through liquids. :-)
