I usually slice some onion and hot pepper really thin and ma**** together with the sardines. I used to eat it over toast. Sardines bones are soft and edible.

I had two of them and ended up with 2/3 cups of meat and I paired it with 2 oz of rib eye.  So good.  I have plenty left for tomorrow.

Back in the school-year swing of things...which means Wednesday's are AMAD (All Meetings All Day). Our only "break" is for the Office Bake Off. Oy! I'm hoping I'll have time to take a walk during the judging.

Yesterday, I just wasn't hungry at all. Not sure if it's AMAW or just getting back into the school year groove. Woke up with no appetite again, today. Weird.

5am: Decaf coffee with skim & Greek yogurt

8am: 13 Cello Whisps Parmesan Cheese Crisps and 4 Teriyaki Tender Beef Bites

11am: 2 Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs with shredded cheese and bacon bits

2pm: Chicken Salad

4pm: Cheddar Cheese cubes

7pm: Cheeseburger (no bun, obvi!)

Hooray for AMAW-C.  I am down 2 pounds this morning!  Good thing since I have put on some weight since wearing this boot for the past 9 weeks. 

QOTD:  I love both dogs and cats, we have two cats, I would love a dog, but I work full time and I just don't think it's fair to leave it home alone all day.  Cats are easier when you work full time.

QOTD: Both. I've had cats and dogs most of my life (usually 2 cats and one dog) but now have two smallish dogs and 0 cats. Cats are more independent, and dogs generally need more attention in terms of walking, grooming, etc., but both provide warm loving companionship. I love my furbabies!

QOTD: Grew up with Cats.... am now very allergic, and once I got my first dog as an adult...Dogs all the way, and soooo miss my Black Lab Maxine :)

AMAW? 90% compliant yesterday- did eat some nuts... I was having a "My pouch is in revolt day"   and my new slogan? "Protein til you vomit"??? that is soooo what I felt like yesterday. Did not eat my menu as i said..ended up eating almost a pound of grilled chicken over the day- not at at once, dipped in cesear dressing... Did eat some salmon, and had more whey protien than I wanted.... Last 2 days I have also been very intestinal crampy... so body feels like it is in a war over eating... With all that was sure I gained this AM...nope...same: 165 in Maintenance.

I am nit even going to pretend to figure out meals...this is what is in my fridge and I will eat at least 100g protein real food, AMAW-C compliant:

Eggs and Bacon

Salmon

Turkey and brie

Cottage cheese

Yogurt

Leaving for OAC convebtion in AM... I think it will be a great distraction from my medical life of the past month ....Doc is going to let me know today if he can see me Friday, even though he's on vacation...

Good morning everyone,

AMAW is rocking. I am so full all day that I'm having trouble getting my planned food in. Yesterday I only ate 483 calories but still managed 72 grams of protein. The stupid scale has not moved but I think that's because I haven't pooped since Sunday. I've been taking stool softeners and did miralax last night so hopefully things will get moving.

Qotd: I just can't decide on this one. (Remember yesterday when all four seasons were my favorite, lol.) Pedro, my standard poodle is sweet, calm and affectionate. He and my youngest daughter are great pals. I love the unconditional love of a dog. But cats... My kitty Napoleon is the sweetest ever. He's a lap kitty and so affectionate. Love love love him.

Food for today:

B blech, nothing sounds good

L 4 oz Greek chicken

D 4 oz sirloin

S beef jerky

Calories 480 Carbs 6 Protein 56 (gotta get that number up)

Hey yall

quickly dropping a line- have a meeting

this afternoon going to Dr to see about this crapped out gallbladder I apparently have and to see about surgery. I'm going to ask him to take it asap - it is starting to give me pain.

QOTD: Dogs all the way- We always had a dog or dogs growing up. Only one cat. They are persnickety.

Here is what I ate yesterday

B: chicken and gizzards/carbmaster milk/decaf/miralax

L: spareribs

D: turkey brat/cottage cheese/salsa

S: gizzards/carbmaster milk/ham/carbmaster yogurt

I also ate 1 cherry tomato and one small slice of apple. My neighbor has apple pear trees and gave me about 60 pounds it seems of apples. So now i 'get' to make applesauce, apple rings and other apple crap for others. Since I really shouldn't be eating them.
