QOTD_ totally a dog person but we have 3 rabbits.  One is 8 years old and not doing so great - he's an old guy. The other 2 are siblings and they are only 2 years old.

I always wanted a rabbit.  They're just too cute.

We went to a backyard concert a week or two ago, and there was a cute pet rabbit that just scampered all around the yard.  Maybe it liked the music more than the neighbor's garden?  Neighbors are named MacGregor, I think.  :-)

Also, regarding the fried cheese, a gourmet grocery near us sells parmesan crisps.  I have looked these up online, and it looks like they are easy to make in the oven.  EASIER TO BUY, though!  The ones I bought for AMAW were made with an added chili oil.  So spicy and yummy!

The fried cheese is definitely a thing after surgery. Some use the oven, some the microwave. Try different kinds of cheeses too.

It's Hump Day baby woo hoo!!  The week so far has been great.  I haven't had the urge to stray at all.  I have been giving away some veggies from the garden and my chickens are loving some of the past ripe ones.  Nothing goes to waste around here with them.  LOL.

QOTD:  Cats over dogs, but I have both.  My Manx cat Finley is a hoot.  Out of all the cats I have owned he is the most unique thing ever.  He will walk over to my husband and stand over his feet so my husband raises him up in the air and moves him back and forth like a teeter totter.  He loves it.  Loves his belly rubbed and is my "coach" when I exercise in the morning.  If I slow down he starts meowing "like move it lady no time to rest".

So this was my meal plan for the day and I did have the eggs and bacon already,  but a co-worker brought in a dozen freshly cooked blue crabs for me so I may just be eating them today.  So hard to decide what to eat.  I'll have to post my totals later once I figure out what I am defiantly eating.

Oh and the roll ups in the green container are boars head horseradish cheddar cheese and jerk chicken.  Can you say spicy goodness.

Ok so there will be a menu change for lunch today.

I will be chopping on these suckers with some nice melted butter.

B: eggs and bacon and coffee

L: steak and crab

D: yogurt

S: chicken and cheese roll ups

Cals: 1019 Carbs: 39  Fat: 72  Protein:  74  Not my best day calories (dam butter)  and protein wise, but the crabs were so good.

OK, I need to know.  How do you eat sardines?  LOL  Just right out of the can?  Don't they have bones in them?

These particular ones are boneless and yes I will eat them right out of the can.  I eat some weird foods.  If I were not doing the all meat and critter I would put them in a toss salad.

I have sandwich size pepperoni that I will put mozz cheese on and bake and then put anchovies on them like a mini breadless pizza.
