I had my first slime incident last night. I guess the universe was punishing me for "cheating" on AMAW. I had a tablespoon of quinoa and it was BAD. My chest hurt for what seemed like hours, while I stood over the sink leaking slime from every hole in my head (well except my ears . . . and sorry for TMI****il I threw up the quinoa . . . . and the rest of my dinner. Since it didn't stay with me, I do believe that means I'm still AMAW-C compliant.
I am not liking that you experienced slime....I have one too many times....
But your last comment about still being AMAW-C Compliant? Hysterical!

Good morning. I'm on day 3 as well and so excited to have lost 4 lbs!! Today is a busy day but I'm having 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and I have some cold cuts and leftover pork roast in the fridge here at work for later. No protien shake today. For supper, we have leftover ground chicken in the fridge at home so I'm going to heat that up and have it with some salsa. My family had taco salad last night so to add some crunch to my meat and salsa, I melted some cheddar in a frying pan- grated cheese spread out thin but with no holes. Hard to explain and pics aren't working on my phone- once it's all melted let it sizzle a little longer. Take it out of the pan - it may stick a bit and blot with paper towels.. let it harden to get crispy, and break in to pieces. I really like it. :):)
EDIT- also had some bacon with my eggs.
And I'm trying to increase my water today. I'm feeling quite thirsty.
