Countdown to surgery- 6 days to go! Yesterday was hard, hard, hard. But I survived. Being hungry puts me in an embarrassingly bad mood.
Favorite season...it used to be fall. I still love fall. But I, have to say I love spring even more now. For one thing,,,kids. I have five, four still quite young, and winter hurts, lol. I love finally being able to send them outside more, I love not having to mess with coats and such, I love switching from hunting up socks and sneakers to velcro sandals...it's all in the little things. :)
Breakfast- 1 mug of coffee with a sploosh of whole milk, 1 Caramel latte Celebrate shake
Lunch- 1 vanilla bean Celebrate shake
Snack- triple zero banana yogurt
Dinner- Atkins Beef Merlot frozen dinner, green salad with fat free Italian dressing
Snack- 2 sugar free popsicles

Felt cravings yesterday, but added 1.25oz beef jerky pkg that satisfied the Want of damn popcorn. Scale down 1.4 this morning, but probably just the miralax - lol.
QOTD: Favorite season is Fall. Same great cooler weather as Spring, but feels like less work doing the clean-up of flower pots and ground plantings than the spring work of getting them ready. But you can still get great color from mum pots & pumpkins, etc -- Voila! You East Coasters know how to decorate with all the mums, pumpkins, hay bales! Might need a fall décor Photo Friday sometime.

Hi menu gang,
I'm up early to go to the laundromat before it gets busy. I didn't have my McDonald's eggmcmuffin that I usually get just coffee.
I did okay yesterday. I did have some cravings for sweets but didn't cave in. Just had more coffee with truvia and fairlife milk. I stayed fuller longer.
QOTD I love summer. I like wearing tank tops and shorts.

Good Morning! I wi**** was 48 here, it's still going to be 100 here today but luckily the air quality is improving. Over the weekend when I left the gym on Saturday morning there was ash on my car (looked like dandruff or something). We have wildfires on both sides of us and since we are in a valley it just kinda sits here.
QOTD: Without a doubt FALL followed by early Spring.

I love summer. I have always. I will stay up as late as I can to make it last longer. That is my inner child talking. I do like all of the seasons. I just wish life would slow down a bit.
I didn't walk this morning. I am going to do it this afternoon when I get back from my mothers. I haven't seen her in a while. I did feel guilty a bit. But my sobriety was the most important thing going on at the time. I needed to work on myself.
I am taking her shopping which will be fun. And interesting at the same time.

I had a great NSV last night. Our weekly meeting had an ice cream social after it. I helped but I didn't eat any. That was a milestone. So many people just don't get that I am a food addict. They don't realize that it can screw up your life like any other addiction.
It is a beautiful day. I popped the top to my jeep so it is going to be a good day
QOTD: Spring! The weather gets a little bit better every day, there's a little more light, every day. And baseball season starts!
