What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! QOTD: my favorite season is fall, but I don't want to rush into it until I've had enough summer. I like a long fall (= less winter).
B: ham
L: baked chicken leg w thigh
D: steak grilled on my little electric grill
S: 2 chicken nibblers, two marble cheese sticks
I followed yesterday's food plan perfectly until a rush job arrived via email at 3:30 pm. I worked straight through until 10:30 pm (missed dinner entirely), then had tea followed by 4 cheese sticks and then bed. The protein count was still over 100 for the day, so no harm done, and I can have the grilled salmon that I didn't eat yesterday for lunch tomorrow. Sounds a bit confusing, but it's all good!

Good morning! Day one of school went really well and so did day one of AMAW-C! I didn't need my last snack and I had plenty of energy and not much appetite. PHEW! And tonight I have a dinner date and walk planned with everyone's favorite Meat King. I think this week is going to be great!
5am: Decaf coffee with skim: 1 Babybel Cheese and 1 HB Egg
9am: 6 slices Criterio Salami and 13 Cello Whisps Parmesan cheese crisps
12pm: 2 Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs
3pm: Teriyaki Tender Beef Bites
6pm: Not sure--eating out. But probably red meat :)

QOTD: I'm a summer girl, hands down... so being laid up is cramping my style...I actually messaged my pool guy and told him to close up the pool ASAP, what's the point of paying to run it when you can't use it? I think he was in shock...
Adding to my slogans:
"Eat Protein til you want to vomit"
"Eat like it's your job"
"Keep on swimming"
In the spirit of my recovery and 'eat til you vomit'...I am trying to eat on a very regular schedule. Yesterday I did every 2 hours and that was near impossible, I was eating beef at 10PM...ugh SO today I will continue..., at least 100g real food, and try to do better with timing...
M1: Coffee latte with 1 cup fairlife milk and miralax 13g
M2: 2 eggs, cheese, bacon 29g
M3: 1/2c cottage cheese + unflavored protein powder: 14g + 10g
M4: Trader Joe 3oz roast turkey and 1 1/2 oz brie 30g
M5: tuna pouch 16g
M6: Salmon 4oz, 22g
124g protein real food 10g whey protein ...if I can handle more protein, I could add yogurt or protein drink...but it's a plan...
165lbs this AM, in maintenance.
